Were these rims designed for the RX-7 or did you just go for a similar vehicle with the same bolt pattern?
Ive been looking for rims for my -SE, but anything advertized for the RX just isnt my taste.

If these were made for another car, if you dont mind me asking: what was it? and how does everything work out? does the hub size leave anything to be desired?

I have my eyes on a set of rims I can find in 4X114 for a 240SX and an Accord, but no one seems to encourage this thought...

First off no wheel is designed for a vechicle except factory. I was looking for a 5 spoke that opened area so I could see my rotor and caliper and that looked good on the car. If you see a set of rims that you like I say used them as long as they fit your car. It was a dual pattern 100 x 4/114 x 4 so they fit alot of cars. The only thing I regret is that I didn't get a bigger tire in the back. The car will look alot better when I drop it next year.

It's kind of funny, they look similiar to the stock 3rd gen wheels, which seems to look ok on all 3 gens. I have 5 spoke wheels on my 2nd gen, they have a fatter, more rounded spoke, and they look good on an SE too, same bolt pattern.
