Finally got my issue of RX Tuner
Well, I've been getting every issue since the first one. I even reuped for my next go around, it just took 6 months to finally get my next issue. I just received Volume 2 issue 4. My last one 6 months prior was Volume 2 issue 2. Did anyone else have these issues? I know he had some sickness in the family and the computer was taken before.

well the main guy that runs the mag is the owner of this site, ryan scott or something, right? It's a great magazine though, i dont care if it only comes twice a year.

I was debating on re-subscribing. Sickness I understand, but there was problems before that. Now that I know that the owner of the mag is the owner of the site. I don't mind since this site is excellent. Guess I'll show my support of this site with support of the mag, late or not.

Yea I mean I like it and all. But I paid 22 dollars for 2 issues! It was interesting I give it that and im all about rotory engines. I wouldnt mind paying a little bit more for more issues. I know that the guy has been ill and had some health trouble so I understand that a little bit. But I mean come on 11 dollars an issue for a mag. Atleast cut me a deal on the next years mags

Hire more people, haha ... the only two people 'working' for the magazine, Brian and myself haven't seen a dime from our efforts in over a year. Every bit goes back into publishing the next issue.
I think part of the problem is that our customer support line at 866-RX-TUNER is somewhat clueless. They're the only people that get paid, and don't do a very good job. Volume 2, Issue 4 means there WAS an issue 3 ... it came out around early July. And they have been sending the resubscription forms like crazy (which we have to pay for), they send them to people all the time who aren't even close to needing to resubscribe. I'm discussing these issues with them currently, but they'll either get it right or we'll find somebody else to do the job.
$22 isn't for a year, it's for 12 issues. If 12 issues take 6 years, then you'll have a 6 year subscription But just so you guys know, Vol 2 Issue 5 is about 7-10 days from completion. We're close to back on a monthly schedule. Afterall, we have published 15 issues in 21 months.

You get it in writing when you subscribe, it says $22 for 1 year (12 issues).
We're not hurting for help, we do a damn good job and put out what I and many others think is a killer mag. The problem is only with delivery, but of course you only hear from those having problems. That, and there are some lines crossed between us and our fulfilment house.
