Final thread for today, I promise. Opinions on aftermarket gauges?

Finally, I would like to ask a question on aftermarket gauges. Currently I have a aftermarket oil pressure gauge in my car. It's nice because it shows the inaccuracy of the stock gauge. My temp gauge no longer works, so I run my e-fan constantly. I'm contemplating picking up an inexpensive water temp gauge, and I was wondering what brands people have expierence with, and what their expierences have been like. If I do go with an aftermarket gauge for my temp., I'm probably going to rip out my heating system and replace the radio/gear shift surround with a plate of aluminum (no diamond plate, thank you very much) and mount both my gauges in there so I have a good place to quickly view the status of my engine.

Thanks

Jim

Autometer...............hands down. There are cheaper gauges out there, but you get what you pay for.
