FC Upgrade Parts for an FB?

I recently acquired an old SA track car that I plan on getting back on the track. It currently has a possibly seized 13B (don't know if it's a 6 port, 4 port, or 4 port Turbo) in it with a Holley carb (600 iirc). I also have a FC parts car that I just finished stripping. Before I start selling off parts what should I hold back as possible upgrade parts for the SA? I know I'll be holding back the engine and transmission as the ones in the SA are unknown. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

P.S. I plan on leaving the car carbed for the moment. When i do go FI it will be a megasquirt with either ITBs or a hybrid S4/S5 intake.

if its a 5 lug try to keep the brakes, and hubs. (you will need 84 -85 parts....)
keep the fusebox. engine bay one*
not sure what else.

if you have any interest in going FI, the upper and lower intakes on the FC's flow alot better than the FB's. im about to be doing an FC intake swap on my GSL-SE for that very reason. Im gonna be using the gsl-se injection system and just plugging the extra holes on the FC intake, but if you feel like swapping the ecu over too, you could always install the fc injection system too.

Thanks guys. It was a 5 lug and with that parts car done I think i have 3 or 4 complete sets of 5 lug brakes. The fusebox out of the FC is all but a total loss. Thing blew up into a thousand pieces as I tried to remove one of the nuts holding in the master fuse. I plan on putting an aftermarket body harness in anyways as the car is stripped for racing and the current wiring is in pretty poor shape from exposure. The car currently has 4x100 lugs with drums in the back. I know that most convert over to the GSL setups for all corner disk and better selection of rims. I'll probably be going that route but just not at the moment. Trying to get this back on the track for a reasonable sum.

It's 4x110, not 4x100 (civics). Anyway, you CAN do a full FC front subframe swap. Forum member bshusted is in the middle of doing it/almost done, and I *think* there is a writeup in the Archives section. Besides that, you should save brakes, engine, trans, and sell off the rest of the parts to make back some of the money.
