Ok so sorry if you got all hyped up thinking i found some. But ive dont searches and i've looked at a lot of sites and i cant find any fender flares for my fb. Now, i know this has been covered before... but... i had an idea and wanted to know what you guys thought.

Do you think Miata Fender Flares would fit on our fbs? or do you think they would be too small? i've been thinking of going and measuring a few miata fenders but im afraid people will call the cops on me...


Also, completely unrelated. Has anyone ever tried or thought of trying something like an apexi dual n1 exhaust or like a Dart Izumi exhaust on an fb?

As far as fender flares I know alot of people mod the 240z Fender flares to fit. I also know for a fact that alot of flares made for old vw rabbits/mk1 gti's and sirrocos can be modded to fit our cars.

And about the mufflers I havent seen any fb's with ones like those although I think i know why. the Dual n1's look kinda rediculous.... Whats worse than 1 Fart Can? 2 LOL!!! Honestly it would look Fckn ricey. The izumi on the other hand isnt too huge I like them on the 240s so I guess it might look okay on a first gen.

I know that the 240z fender flares can be modded to fit, i was just curious if maybe miata flares would be a closer fit requiring less modification.

Also i agree that the Dual n1's are kinda rice, and i should have clarified earlier, i was just using them as a reference. Since Izumi's have been discontinued for a while i thought maybe there would be something else close to it like the n1's.

For exhaust there is also the heinhart or reinhard wich is the same style but i only find them for 240's? Im sure you can do some modding to get it to fit tho if your handy with a welder. As far as miata flares Idk aslong as the size and shape arent to off they can be made to fit.
