FB with 91 13b no spark (Wolf 3D V4 Ecu)..help please!

Hey guys so I'm still working on my car and STILL have no spark.

Grounds are all good (double checked and even added a few)
Ignition is grounded
FD Igniter is new, with connector
Using FC coils
Hand controller is reading 260-270 RPM while cranking

I'm getting spark on trailing 1 and that's it. I swap the wire that is sparking over to another coil and that coil sparks as well, so the coils are good I'm pretty sure. ANY advice would be great, I'm so confused at this point.

Make sure you have the coil setup for rotary. There is a setting to make it run a FC ignition setup. I dont know if the FD is the same.
There should be a diagram for it though that came with the wolf. If not the V3 wiring shows how to wire the FC coils IIRC. And the V3 manual is all over the place. (Im at work or Id link it)

Verify your wiring is correct with the coils. And of course, grounds and hots all good etc.

I used this thread to wire in my igniter.

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?p=11005186

Just looked at the V3 manual and its the same wiring as the V4. I have all of that correct. I can't seem to get my computer to read my ECU maybe I have to change some settings?

Are there any certain grounds I should be aware of?

Anybody?

I finally got my computer to see the ECU.

I've been having the same issue for at least 2 months, I'd really like to get this car running. The trailing 2 wire from the igniter is the only one firing. REALLY hoping this isn't an ECU issue. I'd be extremely greatful for any advice.
