Fair price?

I have an 85 GS I picked up. Engine has blown water seals. Car has about 160K and has been repainted in the last 4-5 years with a nice dark gray factory color. It has only a few minor dings with absolutley no rust. The interoir is very good shape with no tears in the seats or cracks in the dash. I have a good running 12a I am going to drop in it. The brakes are all new along with the wheel seals and bearings. This is a project car to detail and sell as I already have an 85 I drive. Has about 70% tires and is totally stock. Considering the condition of the car and the fact they are hard to find rustfree with good interiors I figured $1400-$1500 would be a fair price. Just looking for a little honest input on this.
Thanks,
TCS
