What color were the front page of the original Mazda Factory Manual and how many pages do they have?

I’ve seen the manuals in eBay with two front colors: Green and Blue. I wonder which is the original?

I am also interested in getting my hands on a 1985 GSL-SE origianal Mazda factory manual. During some of my research I remember reading something about how bad the copies were and that one should look for the original manual since copies were not clear when it came to the pictures. Is this true?

Anyone know where to purchase an original Mazda manual for 1985 GSL-SE?

I have an original owners manual for the 85 rx7...it is in average shaped...nothing great...its not ripped but it got wet...you can have it for $3.00 if you want it...cjf

 

Mine is relatively new and is has green covers. The pictures are good, but can't say if an earlier edition would have clearer pictures.

I don't believe they made a factory shop manual just for GSL-SE's, only for RX7's in general with suppliment where appropriate.

 

if you are looking for the "mazda factory workshop manual" , it is about one inch thick and has everything you need to teardown and rebuild everything on the car. i have one in great condition. it is blue. the pictures in this one are very clear it is printed on thin sheets of paper (it is not like regular paper). i have seen others that are about one and a half inches thick but the paper is regular and the pictures are not as clear. if you want to order one i got one from:

I have a org. 84 fsm and wiring. they are both a greenblue color. in GREAT shape ill sell them if anybody wants them.... i sold my 84, now im looking for a 83fsm and wiring, i also have a 81 with the wiring in ok shape, it got oil spilled on the cover but it reads just fine... id also sell that
