step 1 is to check compression

2, have a look at the plugs, are they wet? dry? fouled?

3 tune up stuff, you've already done most of it, how about the fuel filter? idle mixture?

4. when its running, spray some brakecleaner around the engine, if the idle changes, you have a leak there. for things like the vacuum advances and choke diaphrams, you have to pop the hose off and see if they hold vacuum.

compression is fine, brand new cap rotor plugs wire fuel filter air filter and a rebuilt carb.

i will post a video later today to show you guys what is exactly happening.
and today when i tried the fuel filter swap, it was hard to start killed a battery trying...but it started up ran for like 30 seconds with choke out to 5,000rpms for warm up and it just started going between 2,000-5,000 on its own slowly and went to a deep noise and then squeeling came up for the first time... backfiring a little when decelerating but with new carb it cant be the shutter valve...can it?

batorageckfires? I'm guessing that's a spelling error but can't for the life of me decipher it.

Max rpm at full choke should be about 2500 rpm. Even a major vacuum leak shouldn't raise the rpms that high. You might have a choke or throttle cable too tight. Check the rod for the shutter valve and see if it moves. It should return to the open position when released. New carb/rebuilt carb doesn't affect the shutter valve since it's located in the intake manifold. You may not have all the vacuum lines connected, there's a couple that are easy to miss with regards to the shutter valve.

i have checked all the lines coming off the car they are all connected and the shutter valve dose move and dose return to the open position when released.

and i have allways though that the choke was going to high.when i bought it the guy told me just to pull it out all the way and let the engine do the rest..so i thought the high rev at first was normal but i guess he and i were wrong, what should i do about this?
