after thinking about it, i think i'll make a custom SS downpipe, custom center part, and i'll get a high quality muffler, so with that the sound would be great. I'll put 2.5" on it. And eventually, i'll buy a Profec boost controller to control my boost levels. I don't really need 3" since i won't put 10+ psi on the turbo

This should be fine.

max 1) if you are staying with a stock t2 turbo and computer and are not planing to go more than 8lbs boost you need to stay with the 2.5 inch set up also.
2) no the cat back muffler will not work for you. what brands are availble to you? did you notice that the racing beat system used a pre muffler? even with a 2.5 inch exhuast system you will need an fcd and to take spike precautions I would recomend a pop off (valve its not the same as a blow off). this http://www.racingbeat.com/resultset....tNumber=S16206 is the down pipe you would want for a stock turbo. it is the long style and most likly need to be moded for your use, their pre muffler could be used also once the down pipe has been made to work. a boost controller could also help you. and please read the large post about this. you will need to up grade your fuel setup also.

I absolutely need the presilencer or what ? its ******* expensive if i take the presilencer.

About the FCD, i knew i had to get one. I included this in my budget. I didn't know about the pop-off valve, but i know rx7.com sell those, they also seel the Turbo XS manual boost controller which is pretty cheap.

You don't need a presilencer but it might be a bit loud if you don't have one. A Dynomax bullet muffler can also be used as a presilencer.

Boost controller. You don't really need one unless you change your boost setting daily. You can also get a neumatic valve (which is a manual boost controller) from a hardware store for like $20.

i got a really good deal on a Blitz Dual-sbc boost controller so i bought it. Now, i don't know which cat-back (muffler) i'm going to put, i want a deep and loud sound.
