exhaust questions

i am getting my rb exhaust on tuesday and had a few questions. first, has anyone put one on themselves? is it hard? i was going to install it myself possibly. second, has anyone had trouble getting the bolts to come out of the engine block? i was wondering that because it seems on my car i break a bolt every time i try to fix something and that would be a very bad place to shear off a bolt. thanks

I installed a RB streetport system a while back.

fit was perfect and installation was easy.

it was taking the old rusted system out that was a huge pain in the ***.

just go through your system and start spraying every bolt you need to take off with a penetrating oil like liquid-wrench

this should make you life a lot easy come time to install

Someone suggested in another post to run your car and get it to operation temp to warm up those exhaust parts. If it's carbed you could intentionally riched the mixture and make that exhaust glow, that'll definately help in the process. Get yourself an impact gun and give er hell. Those bolts are supposively SS, just make sure not to burn yourself.
