exhaust outlet crack

So I got my motor back from Goopy performance. I drooped it in and when I'm going to bolt on the header with a new gasket I see this crack in both of the exhaust out lets. Is this bad?

replace the inserts. I lost an engine because the insert broke and went into the housing on decelleration

Can I do that with out dissassembly, where do i get new ones from?

Can I just do some spot welds on it 2 keep it intact ?
