Exhaust Manifold

Will a exhaust manifold from a 82 work on a 84? Look to be the same, but would like to know for sure.

Yes. The 79-80 SAs are different. After that, all the 12A exhaust manis are the same.

No, they aren't. The 84-85 12A manifolds are different from the S2 12A manifolds because the 84 and 85 system used 2 pre-cats rather than the single pre-cat on the S2 models. I know this because I got a later manifold to put on my 83 and it didn't fit up right. You can use it, but it will change the configuration downstream from the exhaust manifold. In my case, I had to use a 84-85 bonez cat replacement pipe instead of the pre-84 bonez pipe. Not a big deal if you plan in advance.
