exhaust

Hello,
On my 1985 rx7 Gsl-se that I got for 200.00 dollars is all most done I got the 13b running but now I am finishing the exhaust. What sucks is before I bought the car, the guy before me, when he had the car sitting at his house somebody cut the cat off the car. So all I have is the cat back and one pre cat that comes off the exhaust manifold. So I am looking to just put a straight pipe to connect the pre cat to the cat back. I was wondering if any body has pictures of something like this on there car. I need to get a idea of what kind of piping I need.

Thanks

just drive to a muffler shop and they can measure and weld in a pipe if its not against the law there...

or

measure and weld yourself... what 13b is it, you may need the pipe that connects to the aux port actuators to open your 5/6 port if you have them or if they are not s5 and electric...

It is the factory rotary engine for the GSL-SE the 13B RE-EGI. And I know how to weld. It would be to loud to drive to a muffler shop. I just need some ideas and I need to know if it will affect the Rotary engine and ECU with not having a cat and just a straight piece of pipe.

on the SE you need a back pressure pick up tube for the 6 port to work right, you need to either find a stock cat or custom make one, its super easy, search around a little bit there is info out there, you only need about 5psi

i had the same set up on mine, its super easy and sounds fairly decent
any regular exhaust piping should work
i used commercial grade stainless steel on mine and it worked great and looked pretty decent cuz i had a RB header and all the piping had that same look when it got alittle bluish tint from the heat
