exaust system
Hi guys,
I got a quote for a whole exaust system for AUS $850. They said if I keep the extractors that are on the car I can save $300. The extractors are not that good though and look like they would have been pretty cheap. Will I still get much of a power improvement from the rest of the system if i keep the same extractors?

What size are they? Are they mandrel bent? Also pay attention to the angle at which the pipes exit the flange at the engine... smoother the better.
If you decide to keep them then I'd suggest asking the exhaust shop to cut the pipes before the collector and extend them back towards the diff as far as possible. The actual length will depend on the number of mufflers you'll be running.
