ever seen this carb issue?

ok; i found out what the hell is happening. my car keeps cranking over and then dieing out. so i looked in the carb right after it died and i noticed that there was SOOO much fuel! it is severely kicking out fuel! WHY???? we set the floats to 9/16th like everyone says to on here. what could be wrong?

Turn the ignition to the "run" position and take a look....

If it's dumping fuel while in "run" when the engine isn't turning then you likely have a stuck float.....

floats set too high. fuel level should be in the middle of the sight glass. if not, adjust floats so it does.

could also be trash in the needle and seat.

or too high fuel pressure.
