Euro Style Guages.....How do I get em on?

Euro Style Guages.....How do I get em on?
Finally my Euro Style Guages come in today and now I'm lost on how to get them on. I took the inner black piece out but I cant seem to get the Guage Cluster out... Am I missing something?
