Question Engine skip/miss

I was testing my 0-60 today and when I get to like 5500-6500k rpms the engine like skips. I just got new plugs and wires.

What do you think it is?

Should I get a new dizzy cap and rotor?

As long as you've replaced the plugs and wires, yeah, try a new cap and rotor. Try running the car in the dark too, and look for arcing, especially around the coils.
