Emissons question!

He all , well I took the emissions of my stock 12 a while back, and have the back plat on intake. well ever since that my car doesn't start on first try and it takes awhile for it t spark, when its cold I would have to take the spark plugs out clean them or wipe the eccess fuel off and retry, it suck and im tierd of it , I would sa the car seems to star rich and the sparks get wet. well my question is if there is a srew on the carb where I can lean it some , or put the emissions back on it? I hate having to crank and crank a car that looks nice and has nice exhaust lol, people look at it like nice but shitty you know haha , well hope to here from you juroos, thanks.

i'm sure searching will get you more detailed info, but basically it's a screw that looks to be phillips head, but you can use a wide flat head, that is directly under the carb while looking at it from the drivers side. gotta look hard. turn it counter clock-wise to lean it out a bit. this could very well help your problem; you'll have to readjust your idle though. hope this helps
