Question Electrical problem

While driving home from work I noticed that the wipers, blower motor, rear wiper, logicon lights and rear defogger did not work. The radio and power windows worked. I checked the fuses and they were OK. Then all of a sudden they all started to work. Has anyone heard of this?

If you are refering to the voltmeter, it was around 13.5 volts.

I have something similar happen on my 85 GS. When it happens- I just stop- turn off the car- and start it again. Everything usually works fine after that. (Shrug) It probably is a loose ground connection somewhere that is overheating.
