E-bay Tokico Shocks?

Hey folks, anyone bought any of the Tokico shock packages off e-bay? I see the Tokico HPs and Illuminas for sale out on e-bay for a fraction of what Racing Beat charges. Seems like a good deal, is there a catch? Anyone buy from any of the e-bay vendors? Feedback looks good, just wondering how they can sell them so cheap. Is Racing Beat just way over charging or were some of the Tokicos recently discontinued and they are old stock?

The parts were as advertised and function properly. I bought a set of illumina whites and they work great.

The only thing I don't like about the Illuminas is the adjust from the top, front and rear. Which means you have to remove the interior panels to adjust them in the rear. The KYB AGX's I have on my 2nd gen adjust from the bottom for the rears.

Bought both sets on eBay.

no racing beat isnt just simply overcharging, theyre trying to make a living which is getting harder because of transhipping asshats like this guy who sit in their garage and only make 5 or 10 percent profit on the products, and because they sell so much of it the company gives them cheaper prices, which allows them to reduce the price below what most retails can even buy it for.

In the end, there will be no manufacturing left in the US to speak of and the choices will be Ebay and ******* Walmart. Mom and Pops and small independants are getting slaughtered from both sides by tiny mailorder or ecommerce companies with few employees or large discounters that have alot of low paid employees to sell the offshore **** to.

You'll see.
