Drum to disk conversion?

I haven't yet began this, but i'm wanting to use the rear disks from my Rx-7 on my AE86 to convert to disk. What will i need to do to accomplish this (or is it even possible)? I'm selling my rear end, so i'd like to keep everything intact.
