I dont really know much about the company FORUM RACING, but I do know they are CNC machined and look fairly decent. Plus they are super cheap. I would get them except I just bought new rotors a few days ago.. Oh well..

i love slotted rotors, but i do not trust cross drilled. seen a few crack
but i see alot that hold out great. unless you use your car at track events quite often, then slotted only will be quite enough.

Skip the drilling, can lead to stress cracks, and skip the plateing, it won't last that long. Otherwise, they should be fine.
Slotted rotors help de-gas the pads, which leads to better breaking. I have doubts that it really increases cooling. That's what brake ducts are for.

Yep, order them slotted but not drilled. Degassing is not a concern with brakes less than 40 years old. Slots are for removing glazing on the pads, water, dirt, etc. Brake ducts are for cooling.
