door handles

Anybody know what door handels look similar and fit a 79, that are chrome. I'm sick of painting mine black.

Ive noticed most of the misc hardware on my car that is black is a silver/chrome underneath. Maybe you could try stripping the paint off and they might be chome also. Like the drip reails around my windshied, door locks, hatch loocks, etc are all chrome under the paint.

I've noticed that too... A few of my car's parts are chromed, but I didn't think they ever made Chromed aftermarket or OEM parts...

They aren't chrome underneath. In fact they are a cheesy metal that is next to impossible to weld because it burns and flakes. I know!

You could do like I did with my old 84, and have them dipped in chrome ($$$).

Today they actually have Chrome powder coating, same effect, much cheaper.
