I have a parts car with a handle but I'm not to sure of the best way to remove it without breaking it. ( I only have one good one)

I need to get the plastic bushing out of the door handle that connects the linkage to it.

Car is a 84

 

The plastic clip that holds the rod to the door handle is identical to the plastic clip on the hood prop, only smaller. Study the hood prop and you will see how to remove the door clip.
