well i got off jsut about everything i need to before i actually yank out the old motor and tranny. just waiting ona guy with a cherry picker for sale to get back in town so i can go get it.
all i really have to do is move the ac and ps off to the side when i pull it out. oh yeah and pull off the hood of course. the hood just looks so good on it i cant make myself take it off til i get the picker. any tips on getting the hood to go back on right? im thinkin just trace around the hinges with a dry erase marker or somethin that doesnt leave permanent marks.

after its out im gonna take out everything i can and paint it so it wont rust on me. have some minor surface rust on the crossmember i can see thats not that big of a deal that id like to keep not a big deal.

Trace the outline of the hinges with a grease pencil. That should stay on better than dry earase.
