i WAS RUNNING A GOOD 150KM'S LAST NIGHT IN MY rEX

UNTIL last night

Like i said I was runnign a buck fitie and then a real badsound!!!!

Only words I can think of are total annilation destruction!!!!! then a total loss of power!!!!And the sound of the Fragments going through the exhaust!

check my boost gage and i was working !!!!! was bye no means OverBoosting!!

temp was high and I'm an idiot for pushing it, but after the seals went and I had no choice but to slow down, the engine cooled right back to normal!!!!

Figuring I messed **** up royally nad keeping a close Eye on the temp and Oil, I continued, mortally wounded! Although i lost it about 2 km's from my destination, I picked up my now exspensive family member and headed back home!!!
Fear that if I turn it off Without any compression I wouldn't be able to start it again. It made the 45km trip home.

Now what???? the rex was my daily driver and I need suggestion or comments!!

I'm thinking rebuild!!!

My turbo set up is very old a Cartech probl. put on within the first ten years of the car's life!!!!!!
The same Turbo that D-Lane has on his 85 gsl se, but the stock setup I beleive.

How long for a rebuild ?????????????
How long for waiting for the block ????

 

That ain't good. I know some guys in my area that could rebuild in a day. But it sure ain't cheap. around $4,000 for them to take the motor out, redo all the seals, and apex seals, and put it back in.
