Does anyone have a running 12a block w/ good compression in the SF bay area or Saramento area for trade?

I am hoping someone out there has one that they are not using. I can trade you (2) 12a blocks for it.
1. Is running but has the front cover oil leak prob.
2. Has a blow rear apex seal.

I need to get this car running to pass smog...going to be my daily driver.

HELP!!!

 

I just had one about a month ago, blown rear seal, but it could have been easily fixed, but the shipping would have killed you.

 

call mazda trix and get a new front cover seal and front main seal and fix the leak in the first one cost about 20 and about 3 hours work
