How do I get the bumper to stay where its at. The sides are the problem, do I glue it on there or something?

The front bumper has a clip, I don't remember if the rear one does or not. Looks like you've had some damage.

Well, maybe yours is the rubber, but see how my bumper looks as it were a bit crushed. the clear coat looks like a spider web. all bundled up like an accordian.

I am uploading a video now of me shaking it. Just a small .avi, but it will show you how bad.

Yep. since you mentioned the spider webs, I went a took a closer look at your pic. It's been hit in the back. All I really noticed the first time is how badly the tail light fits. An impact like that in the front will break the clips. Pull that flap out and look behind it, see if anything is missing or broken. It's all urethane there, you won't hurt it by bending it out a little.

welp, I actually found out, thank god, I am missing a hole rubber thing there, like lost llama was saying.

Im uploading the pictures now. oh, and I had about a gallon of dirt come from inside the bumper. I love how the people had this car, and just stuck junkyard parts on it. Welp.

Resize your pics, I can't make sense of of them scrolling across the screen, lol. Bumper cover, nor the bumper should be moving up or down like that in the vid, even if you did have the clips. Either the entire bumper is loose or the cover is missing the clips that attach it to the sub-bumper.

Thumbs up

Well, when you told me , I investigated, and took the bolts, 8 of them, off the bottom, and tried to pull the bumper off some, for the picture. Thats when I had found a gallon of dirt that fell out. and I found that the other one had this slide in.

Of the dirt, and stuff.
