But i want the new exhaust.... It will cost the same each way.
I'm leaning towards DJ Gear, if he sells it htis deal is gone

Get the DJ gear, as with that you can make the money for the exhaust and then some (If you're any good).
The exhaust will be there in a month, the DJ gear offer probably won't.

Yeah, I'm going to go with coldy and manntis on this one (especially since I spin too), and recommend getting the gear. You can always get the exhaust, and Manntis is exactly right, with the money you get from spinning, you can buy the exhaust.

Holy crap. I cant believe it. I got the DJ Gear. For those of you who care:
Technics 1200's MD3 (A pair)
Pioneer 500 Mixer
New ortofon needles
Flight cases for the tables
Near new condition. i got it for $600. Total.
That **** up there would go for around $1800-$2200 normally.
I'm glad i went this route.
Now i just have to buy records.... Doh! heheh

The MD3 has a "pitch reset" button, where you can toggle back to normal pitch by pushing the button. Just a nice little feature so you dont lose your place.
The records are the hard part. The stuff that i like is all Euro stuff. I've never seen it here in the states.
Boy oh boy, finally another toy appart from my rx!

Records can become like crack if you are not careful. My roommate has a $200/week addiction. Oh and those pitch buttons...careful if you are playing and you are fucked up. Many a times that thing was pushed in while I tried like to hell moving the pitch to match beats, when the whole time it wasn't doing **** and I was too fucked to realize it. Good times, good times.
Right on.
Right on.
