dizzy won't come out

85 12a....distributor seems to be really stuck in there. im trying to take the whole thing out. any suggestions? looks like the adjustment bolt is the only bolt actually holding it in...i've been prying on it, hitting it, yelling at it, but nothing seems to work

rotate the dizzy clockwise, then tap the mounting plate (on the bottom part of the dixxy)with a hammer until it pops out... if that dosnt work, then beat on it until it comes out!!
