Instead of throwing your money around on random guesses as to what could be wrong, you should really understand how your Nikki works. Check your rebuild, being that you have missed things already.

Yeah I plan to and to actually have my friend help me out which actually has experience with carburetors. I am also wondering about what is going on with this carburetor now that it seems I have at least half of it that apparently goes to an automatic, and the who knows what the rest goes to lol. Maybe there are 2 different carburetors put into 1. I know I had 2 carburetors starting out and I chose whichever pieces looked in the best condition when I rebuilt it not noticing that there was actually a difference in the two. So I don't know if this will cause problems or not.

If you're referring to the richer solenoid, all of the carbs I've collected have had it, and they didn't come off of automatic cars. I'm thinking maybe it just became standard in '84 or something.

Okay mine seems to be missing that. On one of the carburetor's I have it has threads thats just missing it. The other has the hole but no threads in this spot and no hole or anything in it.

Okay, I have an update on what I found out. I took off my intake to check the gasket and I noticed it was probably the worst gasket I have ever seen come off of a car. So I will be replacing this unfortnuately it takes 3 to 5 days to get it.

You probably got it by now but you can make your own in a pinch. Generic gasket paper, a ballbeen hammer and some time.
