Question Different Header question??

I own an 87 with a 13B engine. I found someone selling a GSL-SE RB header. I am assuming that header will bolt up to my 13B. RB told me that it is 6 inches shorter than the original which I'll make an extra pipe for it. My question is if whether anyone has seen both headers or owns both cars? Does the header have a different angle at the point of attachment? Does anyone have exhaust pics of the header on your cars, especially a pic of the GSL-SE header on a first gen car. Also are the flanges the same type and diameter?

Thanks for any help!!!!

k, I'll buy it and if it doesn't work for me I will sell it to you for the same price

Where do u live?

Got a question though, does the exhaust bend in some awkward way after your presilencer before your cat.

If it isn't then all I'm going to make is a 5 inch pipe and then bolt on the silencer. If I run into problems, the header is yours. IT is brand new and from RB.

Is it collected or dual? A collected one won't bolt up to the stock cats. A Road Race (dual outlet) header would need a pipe fabricated in any event.

My friend said you would know the answer to this

It is collected. How much is the difference? Is there a different angle on this header which wouldn't allow me to createa pipe theoretically 5 inches with flanges?

Is the RB gasket header flange the same on from the dealer? My friend bought one and it has the blue mazda sticker on it?

Humboldt, Sask. I have no cats, just a temporary pass safety and bag it exhaust system. (we dont have emissions tests in sask) WOOHOO!!! If it doesnt work for u, i'll take it, or I might get a dissassembled road race header from RB and get my muffler shop to put full 2" exhaust on.... gimme a shout.... DR.
