Dellorto Jetting on a Street Port questions
All righty to start off i did a search and didn't find what I needed so hopefully this will work
Anyway I now have a rb dellorto 48 bolted to a ported wrap around intake on my 12a street port and I'm not having the greatest of luck jetting it.. after about 5500rpm it revs slowly and as the load increases the motor will start to studder and backfire. but below that the motor is very snappy compared to my ol'mikuni 44. edit: sounds and smells too lean.
Here is how I have jetted it now (bascily gruntled):
240 main fuel
210 air correction
.8 emulsion tube
82 Idle fuel jet
.4 Idle jet holder (air jet)
39mm chokes
.1 auxiliary venturi
95 starter jet
80 accelerator pump jet
Right now I just don't have much time to play around with jetting (plus my neighbors hate me for wot runs) so I'm wondering how you other dellorto guys jetted your carb.
thanks,
matt
