High beams randomly turn on/off when headlights are turned on.

How do I fix this? Is there some kind of hi-beam fuse that I can just pull out and in?

check your wiring diagram - is there a relay the H beams run thru that's acting up? Or is the stalk switch going?

There is no seperate fuse for the high beams. Probably the terminals inside your combination switch need to be cleaned. Some people just spray some electrical contact cleaner inside the switch. I have pictures on my site of a dissasembled switch with the terminals labeled.
