DCO question

What is the best way to connect the accerator linkage to a DCO carb that sticks straight out tot he side of a 13B 4 port in an FB?

most folks get an alternator bracket from FB in junkyard, bolt it to trans inspection plate bolt with big washer and bend it. That's what i did with my 48 DHLA on the 13b 4port REPU.
