datsun seat....in a mazda?

I found sum seats that came out from a datsun pick up, late 70's, they are grey and black, very comfortable, would they fit in my 82? And yes they are buckets, NOT a bench seat. any ideas?

Well you MIGHT, with some patiance, and ingenuity, be able to modify the mounting brackets for the old seats to fit on the botom of the Datsun seats. I think it would be best to remove the mounting brackest from the Datsun seats and then drill the Mazda brackests and bolt them onto the datsun seats where the OEM Datsun brackets came off

just a thought

Good luck

No problem. I just had the seats out of my 84 GSL and I know the seat carage bolts on to the bottom of the seats. As for the Datsun only you can tell...

heh heh heh.... As soon as I read the title of this thread I immediately thought of the bench that's in most Datsun pickups.... and then of the bench in my Toyota Hilux.. in an RX-7....
