two79rx7's

I would appreciate feedback if the dash and
windsheild from any 1st gen (SA or FB)will fit
into an early 79 (SA)and a late 79 (SA).
I did read somewhere that the curve in the
windsheid is different, just slightly in the
latter years, No sence trying to use glass where
the outside moulding probably won't go back on at
a minimum. I don't know anything about the dash
fit.
In general it seems everything should fit just
fine, but things like this can be deceiving.
I would like to here from anybody who is certain
about this, or anybody with their own experiences.
Also I here the early SA glass is not saftey glass
so if any year swaps I might as well choose
something made with saftey glass.
