Dash Light Problem

Hi Gang,

My 83 dash lights disappeared. All fuses are good.

How the heck do I get to the lights. Why would they ALL go out. The stupid Chilton manual is of no help at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Stu Rea

Not sure on the 83, but on my 85, there's a fuse for the dash lights. Check ALL the fuses while you're at it.

if ALL fuses are good, the electrical connector hooking to your instrument cluster could be corroded

maybe you have a bad dimmer switch for the interior lights, or maybe it's just turned way down. check it.
