ON Custom Side Mount Alternator Bracket

I have a side mount alternator bracket from Franklin Performance designed for a standard 12A or 13B engine. However the bolt holes on a 13B Renesis are not lined up the same .. so I will have to get a custom side mount alternator bracket made.

Does anyone know if I should line up the side mount alternator bracket with the bolt holes in the front cover, or the bolt holes in the front plate? This will have an impact on where the pulley lines up with the front of the engine. It's kind of difficult to explain.

Here's a couple of photos that shows the differences in the alignment.

What's the purpose of using this bracket, perhaps to use a different alternator?

The side mount alternator bracket relocates the alternator from the top of the engine to the side of the engine where the A/C compressor is normally mounted. This is required to install an EWP (electric water pump).

*An electric water pump is far more in tune with the rotary engine's specific cooling needs. By utilizing a controller, it can determine how much coolant circulates through the engine at given temperature ranges and maintain a target temperature. This prevents inadequate or excessive cooling.* Davies Craig

i would see if the belt lines up one of the two ways, and then use that

the bracket also uses a ton of big fasteners, so if it didn't have all of them i'd be ok with it. not sure how you feel

Let me try this from a different approach.

I know this board is for RX7 owners .. however does anyone have a 13B Renesis taken apart, and be able to scan or accurately measure a section of the first iron for me? I need the first iron, left side section, specifically the bolt holes where accessories like the A/C compressor is side mounted.
