The idle speed isn't hard to adjust it's in all the repair manuals and sterling has good instructions all you need is a long flathead.

If the radiator is just an OEM replacement it's an easy swap it only took me about half a day to change my radiator, thermostat and all my hoses. I just flushed the system a couple times before I did it to clean everything out.

I'm sure that you meant to state that it is idling at 2000 rpm. It would not idle if it was at 200 rpm.

You need to check for vacuum leaks regarding the idle issue first. You just don't adjust the idle.

Check to make sure the wires are still connected on the choke switch which is located on the back of the water pump housing. This is a common issue.

The radiator is an easy swap. Also remember to check the hoses at the same time since they are going to be half way off.

Electric fans are also easy to install.

Do a search with the term electric fan to see how members have mounted there's and what type is popular.

Recommend that you download a copy of your year FSM for your 7 via the link in my signature for any basic repairs/diagnosis. It's all there in the factory service manual.
