Could these cause running issues?

Two of my jets' tops broke when I was installing them as shown in the picture. Could these be causing my running woes? My woes being: burning too much gas no matter how i set air/fuel mix, bad uneven idle, and lack of power.

Probably not, so long as the bores themselves didn't get distorted and they are properly seated.

Thanks DD, you are always so quick to respond to my Q's. I didn't think it would cause trouble, but I wanted to make sure. The fight against my running issues continues!

Didn't you post a thread before and we told you to put a fuel pressure gauge and a regulator on it?????

You can change jets in your carb and turn mixture screws until you die, but if the fuel pressure is too high it will NEVER run right.
