CO Coolant Seal Replacement

I have a 1st gen 13b (gsl-se) engine that got hot on me a few times during a race and now it is eating coolant. It has good compression still so I just want to do a quick weekend pull/rebuild/install. Would anyone recommend anything beyond this kit? Or maybe a different kit from someone else? This is for a rally car so it is not street driven, just raced. Any more robust coolant seals out there? Any input would be helpful.

84-85 13B GSL-SE Rx7 Engine Gasket Kit...

Is this worth the extra $$ to replace the extra seals?

spending $235 verses $350 while pulling an engine?? I can't understand why you are asking this. For me, swapping out an engine was a huge job. Maybe you are totally set up for it? Maybe it isn't a huge undertaking because your car isn't street-able.

Why not spemd a few bucks on alumi-seal before doing an engine pull/rebuild. It helped allot when my engine was leaking coolant.
