converting to 13b turbo

Hi my name is Ryan and i come from Australia,
I currently have a s2 RX7 that has already had a 13b carby conversion from the original 12a. Other mods include an extended bridgeport, 52 mm weber carby, lightened flywheel, brass button clutch and a few exterior mods. Because of the extended bridgeport it is painful to drive if you dont have your foot to the flaw, and with the 52mm weber carby it sucks like there was no tommorrow. Because of this i have decided to upgrade, by dropping in a series 5 13b turbo. I have been quoted a max of $9000 for this conversion which includes them sourcing the engine from japan and importing it, a complete rebuild of engine an turbo and then mild porting it, an ECU replacement with a microtech chip, all the fuel lines that would be needed, and a engineers certificate. It is virtually a drive in drive out deal. However i have not had the opportunity of driving a similar setup and am unsure whether i will get the power i want out of my money. Does anyone have any suggestions on what other things could be done to e.g bigger turbo etc. And has anyone done a similar conversion and can lay my mind to ease. Anything would help.
The conversion would be done by rotary specialists and have been guarentteed 230-250hp out of the setup. My question is, is this enough. I want something fast yet reliable.
