Converting 12 to a 13b

i was wondering how much more work it is to put in a 13b in to my fb rather than putting a 12a back in.. can i use the same tranny?

tranny should work. as far as i know, all you need is ans -se front cover and oil pan?? right guys?

I put a 13b in my 81 that had a 12a. All that is necessary is to get a different engine mount bracket for the front as the 13b is a little bit longer. Racing Beat sells them. The tranny mate up is identical. I think the engine diff is in wider rotors.. Of course, I am refering to the short block. I don't know about exhaust manifolds, etc.

you will need diferent exhaust, and intake manifolds.
