Anyone know dia of cylinder, want to replace rubber cup with something aftermarket if I can find till my repair kit comes? Year 81

 

are you wanting to replace the rubber flexible end? the new kits usually come with them. if the slave cylinder is leaking, the cause is usually a bad seal on the piston, causing fluid to leak around the boot. this gives the impression that the boot is bad.
