Clutch Problems

My 85' Rx7 continues to have clutch issues:

*shifts into into gear only at high RPMs
*will not start up while in gear
*can shift through gears only when the car is not started up
*clutch pedal stays to the floor periodically (not often) even with a new clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and clutch line which have all been bled properly

So with these problems, above, does it sounds like a pilot bearing, pressure plate, or clutch problem?

If the hydraulics are up to snuff, then I would look at the tob, is it greased properly, check for a bent or cracked clutch fork and is the pivot ball worn or broken. Pilot bearing can also be suspect, but if the pedal is sticking to the floor on occasion, it's usually the hydraulics.
