Clutch Problems

The clutch pedal seems to go in but doesnt come back what could be the problem.

cylinder is empty or leaking or both.

check the MC and refill if needed..then pump the clutch pedal til the pressure returns..see how long that lasts, may be the MC or SC..either way replace both if they are bad..to check the SC..look behind the oil filter and check it for leakage

And if you have to replace the cylinders, replace the flex line too. Its good precaution, and will save you from trouble in the future.

Sounds like the throwout bearing may be stuck on the shaft, which will not allow the clutch to engage. Is the clutch engaging at all? If the clutch is still engaging even though the pedal does not return then I am wrong, and you should pursue the advice listed above.
