Angry Clutch Problems

OK here is what happened. Acouple of weeks a go I had to ajust my clutch out all the way so I could shift once tha car was warmed up. To day as I was driving home I pushed in the clutch and the plunger in the slave cylinder came out, so I put it back together so I could get home and as soon as I tried to pressure it up it did it again.
I am thinking that the clutch arm is bent.
What do you guys think and has this happened to any body else.

Thanks

Sounds like a bent clutch fork, but how in Hell did that happen? The fork is pretty robust, was it damaged when someone had the bellhousing/trans out? I assume that the slave cylinder is bolted down correctly, and not loose. To replace the fork you're gonna have to take the bellhousing/trans out, so if you want a new clutch now is the time to do it and the throw-out bearing. Make sure you get a hold of a clutch alignment tool...

Denny, from the 'ol corncrib...

I had the clutch replaced last December.
When I reach in and grab the clutch arm it moves easily back and forth and also side to side. Should it be this loose?

I hope to pull the trans this weekend to see what is wrong.
I love driving my rx.
I also have a 1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme W-32, and know I am driving it, but the rx is alot funner to drive and better on gas.
