well i had the same prob as u, check ur clutch fluid, it uses dot 3 or 4 brake fluid, if its low fill it pump it and check it hte next day. If its low again then u should probably replace your slave cylinder, its like 19 bucks and real easy to install

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago. I had to change the slave cylinder because it had a small leak. You might as well change the master cylinder at the same time as it will soon fail. It's an extremely easy job to do. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish (including finding the right sockets that never seem to make it back into the tool chest.) The toughest part is getting at the bolts for the master cylinder. I put the driver's seat all the way back and reclinded it as far as possible. Then you climb in upside down so that your feet are at the headrest. The head rush you get is free- enjoy!

If you go to sears or somewhere and pick up one of those swivel thingys to go on your socket wrench, that top master bolt is MUCH easier!

Replace both..if you don't I guarantee that the other will go bad in a month. I got mine at Advance Auto.

Have you tried bleeding the system yet. It might need that and also check the free play on the pedal.
